1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Eventify ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Eventify application, website, and related services. By accessing or using Eventify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. User Representations

By creating an account or using Eventify as an attendee or event organizer, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information submitted is accurate, true, and kept up-to-date.

You have the legal capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms of Service.

You will not access the platform through automated scripts or unauthorized bots.

Your use of Eventify will not violate any applicable regional, national, or international law.

Section 03

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use Eventify for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Systematically retrieving data or user directories to create scraping tools without permission.

Attempting to impersonate another user, organizer, or administrator.

Uploading malicious code, spam, fraudulent events, or disruptive assets.

Using the service to sell fraudulent tickets or counterfeit event merchandise.

Section 04

4. Event Creation & Hosting

Organizers are solely responsible for the description, scheduling, venue safety, ticketing policies, and compliance of their events. Eventify acts as a facilitator and platform provider, and does not own or guarantee the physical execution of third-party hosted events.

5. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Eventify after any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
